Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sequential Info Sys 30H-999CBCD-BIIH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Shimpo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the MCLTPA0015603420 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DBG11B08 manufactured by Sew-Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCFRE10AC0 by Manufacturer Shimpo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sew-Eurodrive Brand R43D71D4BMG05HR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as C20S060102A11 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C40E1004CA010 made by Sick as well as the popular MDX61B00085A34OT original spares produced by Sew-eurodrive

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C40S1503AA300 by Sick and C20S060102A11 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1015403400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive.
